At Fusion, we are an "ESSENTIALS FOCUSED" solution.
We provide advisors and RIAs with the services that you need, and don’t make you pay for the things that you don’t. We know that many firms don’t need sales training, case design, or fancy tools that are never used, but yet the fees charged require these advisors to pay for those things anyway.
OUR TEAM
At Fusion Capital Management we have a deep bench of industry know-how helping us build better solutions for you and your clients.
Fusion was founded in 2011, by 20 year advisory veteran Ryan Borer. Ryan leverages his experience as an advisor, wholesaler and leader of multiple RIA operation teams to help our clients build efficient and profitable businesses.
Our CEO, Bryce Engel brings his invaluable experience as former head of brokerage services at TD Ameritrade and 25 years in the clearing firm business. Bryce is an expert in helping businesses scale economically and with efficiency.
Our technology team is made up of former clearing firm insider Bruce Ferguson, led by our CTO, Leibel Sternbach, who brings a depth of financial planning knowledge typically not found in the FinTech space. Leibel is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS, an Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor, Chartered Financial Consultant, NSSA certified advisor, has his Series65 and Life/Annuity Licenses.
Our COO, Robert Pujia was an advisor during the great recession. As former financial advisor and wholesaler, Bob leverages his boots on the ground experience to help expedite requests and save our clients time and money.
