Flight Tips: In order to attend the entire event, Flights should arrive at Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) by 4:00 pm on Tuesday Nov 5th, and depart after 3:00 pm on Thursday Nov 7th.  Please ensure you have a valid passport in order to make the trip.  We will be following up closer to the event date for flight information to schedule shuttle transportation to and from the airport/hotel.

Extending Trip and Guests:  Group room rates extend through the weekend for those who would like to stay. Spouses and families are welcome.  Please indicate any additional guests that will be attending.  You will only be charged for a portion of the advisor's stay (Tuesday and Wednesday nights) with your initial registration.  Costs for additional guests will be charged in an individual folio to the advisor onsite, and those cost estimates are outlined in the registration form.  Extended nightly rates are: $282/night for Single Occupancy, and $180/night per person, for Double Occupancy.

Event Schedule: Meetings are scheduled to end by early afternoon each day, leaving free time in the afternoons and evening.  Vendors will be available for individual discussions, and there may be optional organized events to participate in, but that free time is yours to enjoy how you wish.
