Elements Status Updates

Feb 26th, 2018

  • Bug Reports Down by 56% (40 vs 91 during last period)

  • All databases except for Tucker are officially switched over to Elements!

  • Setup the Axe Capital Demo Database, complete with simulated Custodian integration and admin New Business Wizard simulation.

  • Setting up an integration with ClearOnomics

  • In the process of getting integrations setup with Retirement Analyzer and Whealthcare

  • Based on the last 60 days of stats and 1247 tickets – Tickets are completed in Elements on average 51% faster (see graphs for detailed stats.)​

  • 25 minor features added, including:

    • Added a “Writing Advisor” question to the new business wizard

    • Added “Personal Trusts” as a supported account type in the new business wizard

    • Added “premature distribution” question to Distribution wizard

    • Plus a number of minor admin/client side improvements.

 

  • In Progress (in order of priority):

    • Billing Module (about 50% complete)

    • Allianz Feed Integration

    • Plugin System for Elements

    • IT Security & SOC2 Compliance

 

  • Currently working to integrate with the following Software(s)/Companies:

    • Allianz   - waiting on Fusion

    • Retirement Analyzer – Technical call setup

    • Hidden Levers – Sales/pitch process, Follow-up call schedules

    • Advicent – Sales/Pitch process

    • FinMason – Sales process, waiting on cost numbers.

    • Clearnomics – Waiting on fusion to add to Elements

Feb 12th, 2018

  • Added Support for Internet Explorer/Edge Browser (though full compatibility is not guaranteed)

  • Setup AdvisorOS and Tucker Databases in Fusion Elements – just need to do database setup calls with each.

  • Allianz has sent over test files!!! So the connection is setup, I just need to build out the app to process to files and we are good to go

 

  • 19 minor features added, including:

    • Gave users the ability to create Orion/Egnyte users from within Elements (all they need is a name and email address)

    • Added to admin side ability to add manual annuities

    • Timeline report

    • “Fee Change Request” wizard

    • New Business Dashboard

    • Added the Orion Householding app to Elements so advisors can self-service for grouping accounts

    • Added the ability to “close” tickets that are pending paperwork

    • Add “user” wizard so advisors/RIAs can self service (Egnyte & Orion)
